- If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
1.2 Cancelling After Shipment
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item after delivery following our Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the following cases:
- The product is the wrong size.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 Exchange Process

- Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
- Receive the Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchanges:
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items on Discount
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
We will process the exchange at no additional cost.
